Project
The project concerns the development of a new Free Zone in Djibouti covering about 56 ha. The Free Zone will be dedicated to services, light industry and important storage units (5 units of 10 000 sqm each, 5 units of more than 5 000 sqm each etc.). The global Built up area of the project is about 360 000 sqm. The Free zone will include nearly 80 plots. The project will be developed by the DPFZA on 2 phases: approximately 30 ha for phase 1 and 26 ha for phase 2.
Our mission
SCET-TUNISIE is in charge of the complete design of the project (town planning regulations, architectural studies, and engineering studies of the buildings and design of the infrastructures).
